Cast aluminum heater with water cooling function.

There are both electric heating tube and water pipe casted inside aluminum. Electric heating tube and water pipe bended into requested shape and evenly and firmly layed in  mold. After that we poured liquid aluminum into mold to forming original products.At last process the original by milling machine to obtain the required size.

It can heat  target by closely bite, rise to warming faster, heating uniformity, good thermal conductivity, long life, bears pollution, safe and reliable, etc.
