Characteristic

Just dipped in solvent for use and softening, after it cooled and dried, shoes would have shaping effect, no need other processing. It’s cheap and easy forming.

Weakness:  it is time consuming, not good elasticity and no environmental, comparing with hot melt sheet.

Thickness available:

 0.4mm-3.0mm with three different grades

Application:

Mainly used for toe puff and back counter of sports shoes and cheap leather shoes, boots. For inner lining of various briefcase and suitcase etc.
