* whole parts
The whole pyrolysis system is composed by 16 parts,which are reactor,Insulation layer,Desulfurization,deduster,Draft fan,Chimney,Water film cyclone,Condenser,Water tank,Cooling tower(optional),Gas recycle system,Oil tank,Gas separate,Waste gas burner,Furnace,Blower,Carbon black slag system.
The keys of pyrolysis plant are reactor and cooling system.
*Reactor
Reactor directly decides the machine's safety and service life. It is made by welded steel plate. So the quality of welding will have a direct impact on safety and service life. Therefore, we use automatic welding machine, X-rays detection and heating treatment which will not only guarantee the quality of welding but also greatly improve working efficiency.

With an auto welding machine for the reactor, it can not only greatly improve working efficiency but also guarantee the quality of welding seam, thus avoid explosion caused by gas leak. Professional heating treatment and x-ray detection chamber are especially for welding.
Vacuum system will prevent oil gas from going back to reactor and causing accident
Professional thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve.
It is dangerous to burn exhaust gas (C1 to C4) without any safety measures. In our process, it is transferred first through the safety device and a safety burning air muzzle. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.
* Environmental protection
Well water dedusting system can avoid black smoke.
The exhaust gas will be recycled for heating reactor, no gas pollution
Every junction of the reactor is in good sealing situation with professional sealing material.
* Long service life
Material: Q245R/345R special steel plate, thickness 14-16mm
Welding: Automatic welding machine with heating treatment and x-ray detection will prolong the service life of reactor to the max.
The service life of the reactor will be 5-6 years
* Energy saving
Well sealing for heating system, no gas leak and saving fuel.
The exhaust gas will be recycled for reactor heating.

Environmental Protective of the Waste Plastic pyrolysis plant
Dispose waste gas, liquid, and residua in the process:
1. Waste gas: Transferred through two safety device: water close &burning air nozzle. Fully burnt, not only eliminated pollutant but also minimized the quantity of fuels. For smoke dust discharge, we apply series machines of patent in our company Desulphurization and dust remover which could control the smoke dust discharge amount meet relative standards of GB-2001.
2. Waste liquid: Produced waste acidic water in the process of oil disposing (50kg process from 1 ton of oil easy to process for small quantity). counteract the liquid by alkalescent liquid solution. After three stage of filtration, the litmusless waste water was introduced to evaporator(use the heat of the flue of main processor as its heating resource)
3.Waste solid. The solid residua will be left after the catalyst splitting from scrap plastic, approximately composes the waste plastic weight about 5% to 10%. Its main component is the thick black carbon. It can be the raw material of the production industry of black carbon. Also could be mixed with the pulverized coal ash which produces for the raw material thermal power plant, also could be the raw material of manufacture pulverized coal ash brick (one kind of environmental protection building material)
