The Main Features:

1,Rig adopts mechanical transmission,compared with full hydraulic machines,the machines could transfer power with higher efficiency. So the diesel consumption and drilling costs are also lower.

2,Rig own 10 positive speed gears(speed range 14-500r/min),and the torque output 250~13428N.m.

3,Rig also has two reverse speed,easy to handle accidents.

4,Rig uses long stroke double speed mechanical power head.The power head stroke reaches 3800mm,improves the drilling efficiency and reduce the chance of drilling jam,bit burning happening.

5,Double-ply pump drives oil.Single pump is used in drilling while double pumps are used in lifting and putting down drill pipes.The power consumption is less and auxiliary time is shorter.

The Main Features:

1,The rig is equipped with latest MW525 heavy truck transmission,which owns 10 forward gears and 2 reverse gears.The transmission ensures enough reasonable speed range,and can satisfy needs of different drilling technology.

2,The rig’s spindle inner diameter is 96mm,driven by mechanical system,can output big torque.The winch can lift max. 3000kg with single line.

3,Hydraulic system controls the feeding pressure and speed of the spindle.The machine is equipped with pressure meter so that the workers can grasp hole situation.
