The whole production line

 Step one:

cut the waste tyre into 3-5CM glue pieces. 

Waste tire pretreating system includes Ring cutter, Loop machine, strip cutter and block cutter.

1-1. Ring cutter 1 set

 Function: whole tire cutting into tire crown, the side of the tire and inner circle

1-2. Loop machine 1 set

 Function: tires circle wire centrifuges, mouth will tire of coarse steel mouth circle parts with rubber effective separation

1-3.Strip cutter 1 set 

Function: various tire, glue, glue board piece cut into long strip

 

1-4. Block cutter 1 set

 Functions: this machine should cut machine tyres, used for supporting the use of the strip cut into 3-5CM glue pieces. 

Step two:

rubber powder processing

Rubber powder treatment system includes rubber crusher, Main conveyor, Small conveyor, Double-deck magnetic separator, Single-deck Magnetic, Main vibrating sieve, Small vibrating sieve and Fiber Processing Equipment.

 1-6. Big conveyor equipment

To conveyor the rubber block into crusher.

1-10.Fiber separator:

The machine adopts airflow separation principal,  It is able to efficiently separate minor fiber from the rubber granules.

Of course, If you only have steel tires,  So You will not need to buy this machine, because steel tire have not nylon fiber
