Description

This is a bar stool that completes a room like a last piece of a jigsaw puzzle. Users are spoilt with the exquisite design carved into the wooden backrest, while the intricate details of the wood grain are retained to infuse a traditional feel that is guaranteed to adapt to a multitude of environments.

The main seating area has been crafted from a single piece of walnut wood and has been formed in a flowing wave like shape that specifically intensifies comfort for the user. A large square plate of chrome amplifies balance and stability of the unit, while the T-bar footrest also finished in chrome assists both function and design. Simplistic height adjustments can be made via the gas lift mechanism built into the unit, as well as the inclusion of a 360 degree swivel for the bar stool. Self-assembly is required.

Inspection:

We have our own QC department in our factory to make sure that our products are all in very good quality before ship out to our customers.

Quality Control:

Before the order to be confirmed, we will check the material and color of leather/fabric by sample which should be same as mass production.
We will inspect the different process of production from the beginning, and update the status of the order with our customer by sending photos.
Each chair's quality will be checked carefully before packaging.
Before shipment, customer could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.

Payment terms:

L/C at sight.
30% deposit TT in advance, the balance before shipment.

After Sales Service:

Shipment and sample quality tracking includes lifetime.

2. What are your delivery times?

Sample: 7-14 days

Mass production: 20-40 days according to the quanity you ordered.

3. What colours and upholstery materials do you have?

We have a wide range of standard fabrics and colours available. You can also choose your own fabric or leather. Please note that this will take slightly longer to deliver.

4. Why are different types of castors needed for different types of floors?

There are many types of castors with different features adapted to the type of flooring. There are castors for hard and for soft floors, castors that lock under loading, etc. More information, please feel free to contact us.

5. Is there discount for bulk purchases?

Yes. We can provide special discount for bulk purchases. We also offer other options for traders so if you are interested please get in touch for further details.

6. Do you provided a warranty?

Yes, we provide a three year warranty on structure of all items.

7. How can I know my order is being done?

We will inspect and test all merchandise in case of damage and missing parts before shipping. The detailed inspection pictures of the order will be sent to you for your confirmation before delivery. The color of products on pictures may vary slightly from actual one due to photography, scanning, etc.
