Installation
1. First of all assess how much decoractivegrass you will need.
2. Make sure that the surface is clean and smooth ready to receive the decractive grass.A self levelling compound available from any DIY store can remove surface imperfections that may show through to the top surface especially on thinner pile height product.
3. Lay the decoractive articicial grass to trim off to make that perfect edge ie in doorways or up a wall.Leave for around 2 to 3 hours to settle. It helps stop wrinkling or creasing.
4. Cut and trim your grass, using a sharp Stanley knife making sure are no gaps between walls and decractive artificial grass .
5. Make the joins using the correct type of seaming tape and glue-only quality outdoor tape and glue should be used.
6. Apply the infill if required. Typically a sand mix will be used . Rake and spread the infill ,takin g care not to over fill the surface.Application of sand is best on a dry day. The infill will eventually comp act so you should consider adding a final lay when settled.
7. If installing on to a wooden surface such as decking or suspended floors a combination of adhesive and decractive artificial grass tacks can be used.
8. Fill rubber grain or sand if it need.
Warranty conditions as below:
1.The artificial turf should be installed by professional team using good quality material in accordance with high standards. The warranty does not include charges for removal or re-installation of turf.
2.Adopt accurate sports shoes according to the surface status of sports yard.
3.The surface of sports yard should be maintained according to suggestion by suppliers or sports groups.
4.Install the turf to areas with altitude less than 1500m or 5000ft.
5.The surface of sports yard could not be treated by any mechanical equipment or chemical.
6.Reduce the duration warranty accordingly for overuse situation, such as 5-person tournament or football match etc.
7.It is suggested to use within 4 hours every day and not to use the turf when outdoor temperature less than -5°C or higher than 40°C.
8.Reduce the friction to turf yarn as much as possible. Do not warranty the quality if the turf yarn is seriously scratched mechanically during or after installation.
9.If filling materials are adopted, the materials should be good production including with sulfur less than 2% and should be in accordance with each requirement issued by sports organizations such as Federation International of Football Association and UEFA. Or the installation company could provide criteria for operation.
10.The compensation amount does not exceed the value of our provided turf. If there is any conflict between each warranty as above and sales terms of our company, it should act according to our sales terms

Use the dust collect to clean the dopant like papers and shuck urgently after competition
Use the special hairbrush to carding the yarn every two weeks and clean the dopant like leaves and dirt .
Use the special rake to smooth the rubber grain and quartz sand every month or after the frequent competition
The dust on the lawn may be cleaned by the rain or clean by human
In summer,we can pour the water on the lawn to cooling to make the sporter feel cool and comfort
3,wipe off the blot
The liquid blot like juice ,milk ,ice cream and bloodsatin can scrubbed by the suds first ,and then rinsing the place has suds competely.if necessary,use the towel has strong adsorptive power to sip up the water.
The shoe cream ,suntan oil and ball pen oil can scrubbed by sponge with perchloroethylene ,and then use the towel has strong adsorptive power to sip up the water .paraffins ,pitch and chian can scrubbed by sponge with perchloroethylene.
The nail polish can scrubbed by acetone
The paint and dope can wipped by terebenthene and paint remover ,scrubbed by water and cleanser then wash the cleanser by cold water.and scrubbed by sponge with perchloroethylene .
The chewing gum can use the freon to jet to patch,and then clean away the slag.
The fungus and the mildew can clean by water with 1% hydrogen peroxide .after that use the water to soak completely .
4,check and repair
Check the suture carefully to see whether it is firm or not .if there has damage ,tear or firing on the lawn .connect with the mat formation company urgently if it need to repair .
The cleaning and the scouring by heavy rain would lead to run off a bit of filler .We can splash some quartz sand and rubber grain to the place need fill,and sweep it into the lawn competely.

Throw chewing gum,peel,snacks,juice,beverage ,greasy dirt in the field .
Automobile,motorcycle and other weight enter into the field .
Use the inappropriate shoes and sports equipment like spikes and javelin .

Hockey Pitch Performance
This superior grade of hockey pitch has a very high density of artificial grass with no sand infill thus providing a consistent ball roll and bounce. The pitch is fully irrigated with a layer of water which results in an extremely fast and professional game. Due to the absence of sand, the blades of artificial grass are free-moving which enables players to get their hockey stick under the ball. This allows for a technical game with many possibilities.
Hockey Player Safety
The water layer in the hockey pitch has LSR (low slide resistance) and shock absorbance properties for excellent player safety. Unlike some sand based hockey pitches, the surface will remain soft even at low temperatures thereby reducing the risk of friction burns. The water also has a cooling effect and provides a protective layer between players and the pitch. For additional safety, GreenFields hockey pitches are fitted with a dynamic shock pad (called an e-layer) which places less stress on the player's muscles and joints.
A few small problems often troubled our customers,so we give some tips as follows,Sincerely hope to solve some problems around you. 1) The grass should be cleaned monthly. Do not use a metal rake or brush on the grass, which weakens it. Also, avoid alcohol cleaners, which can also damage the surface. 2)If a child drops gum onto the synthetic grass,we recommends using ice. Rub the ice over the gum; when it's cold, it's easier to remove. Children should not be allowed to use crayons and other art supplies on the lawn because they are difficult to clean. 3)Forbids to use harsh chemicals, such as bleach, on your artificial grass. This can create a toxic hazard for dogs, cats and other family pets. Any treatment that you use on your lawn should have water added to dilute it down. this will get help it spread evenly over the lawn surface.
