Installation:

Prepare and test the base ground:Inspect the foundation to ensure it has a flat and smooth surface and appropriate slopes, making sure the foundation is qualified for installing  Plastic Sport Grass.

Measuring line:Locate the centers of the ground and the two semicircles, and according to these three centers locate the intersecting point of half-way lines and touchlines, and then determine the positions of functional lines and spot by using Pythagorean proposition.

Palletising turf roll:According to drawing, position the turf rolls on the exact places along the touchline.

Cutting the edge:Cut white turf piece into strips(width to be as per actual need) for white functional lines(half-way lines, base lines etc.), and put them aside preparing for installation.

Cutting white line:Measure and re-position the white line on the turf that has been all well joined on the ground. Cut the turf out and place the seam tape beneath the cuts.

Infill rubber granules:After sand infilling, Place the rubber granules piles on the lawn on different spots evenly at a distance of 4m from each other, then spread them evenly on the lawn(the quantity of sand depends on the pile height of the turf). Afterwards, use the combing machine to sweep the sand into the fibers and to comb up the fibers. Do this process once longitudinally and transversely.

Brushing: to brush the grass in the vertical and horizontal one time by the grass-brushing machine

Check and Acceptance:Inspect the entire finished lawn as per concerned standards and requirement. If any defects found, correct it.

Warranty conditions as below:

1.The Plastic Sport Grass should be installed by professional team using good quality material. The warranty does not include charges for removal or re-installation of turf.

2.Adopt accurate sports shoes according to the surface status of sports yard.

3.The surface of sports yard should be maintained according to suggestion by suppliers or sports groups.

4.Install the turf to areas with altitude less than 1500m or 5000ft.

5.The surface of sports yard could not be treated by any mechanical equipment or chemical.

6.Reduce the duration warranty accordingly for overuse situation, such as 5-person tournament or football match etc.

7.It is suggested to use within 4 hours every day and not to use the turf when outdoor temperature less than -5°C or higher than 40°C.

8.Reduce the friction to turf yarn as much as possible. Do not warranty the quality if the turf yarn is seriously scratched mechanically during or after installation.

9.If filling materials are adopted, the materials should be good production including with sulfur less than 2% and should be in accordance with each requirement issued by sports organizations such as Federation International of Football Association and UEFA. Or the installation company could provide criteria for operation.

10.The compensation amount does not exceed the value of our provided Plastic Sport Grass. If there is any conflict between each warranty as above and sales terms of our company, it should act according to our sales terms.
