- Oriental motor drives the flux spraying system. Spraying speed is adjusted according to PCB board width and moving speed to ensure even spraying all time.
- From absorb type spraying system ensures stable and even spray of flux. Different types of flux can be quickly changed without cleaning the spraying system.
- Durable nozzle is used. There is no need to replace it frequently.
- Oil/water separator is installed at the side of machine to regulate air pressure and remove water in the air.
Preheating section:
- 3 sections Independent temperature regulation preheating area provides sufficient preheating space.

Lead-free Solder pot:
- Anti corrosive Ti pot liner is suitable for lead-free process and is durable.
- Heating element is divided into three parts, each located on one side of the tin pot. Within each part, three stainless steel U-shape heating pipes are held by a set of cast copper and iron fixture and are secured on the outer side of stainless steel pot liner. Therefore the pot is evenly and quickly heated to avoid tin explosion. Tin leaking problem related to traditional leaded tin pot with heating pipe located inside the liner is avoided.
- Double waves of tin pot are both of variable frequency stepless model, with independent wave height control.
- Durable dry-heat resistant heating pipes are located outside.
Software control system:
- IPC/Siemens PLC control system provides premier reliability.
- Standard configuration includes 3 PCB board temperature test points, capable of measuring 3 temperature curves. All data and curves can be analyzed and printed in the meantime.
- Function of automatic overheat fault alarm is provided.
- Stored parameters can be called instantly. Operation variable settings are highly consistent in PCB process. Three temperature test curves are provided and operation status of 1 year is recorded automatically.
- Machine can be powered on/off according to user date and time settings.
