Our engineer have many years of technical experience at injection mould design by using. Pro-E, Solid works, U.G and Auto-CAD, All of these ensure our good technical communication with customers, so as to avoid mistakes.
Clients can provide the 2D or 3D drawing in DXF,DWG,PRT, IGS, STP format or just send us the sample. We will scan the sample and make produce blueprint, begin to design the mould assemble drawing after get the clients confirmation.

2. Mould project sent for customer confirmation and print 2D tooling and machining artwork detail drawing with acceptable tolerance marked. |
3. Purchasing the material and mould standard components according to the list information in 2D tooling detail drawing. |
4. Steel material tooling and heat treatment according to the listed step on the 2D artwork detail drawing. |
5. Mould assembling and quality inspection according to 2D mould assembling detail drawing. |
6. Mould test and products are sent to customer for confirmed. |
7. Sample sent for customer inspection and get approval for shipment of mould. |
