Design ability

Our engineer have many years of technical experience at injection mould design by using. Pro-E, Solid works, U.G and Auto-CAD, All of these ensure our good technical communication with customers, so as to avoid mistakes.

Clients can provide the 2D or 3D drawing in DXF,DWG,PRT, IGS, STP format or just send us the sample. We will scan the sample and make produce blueprint, begin to design the mould assemble drawing after get the clients confirmation.

Other Information
Inquiry and order handling: If you are interested in injection moulds and plastic products, We will much appreciate that customer provides detailed dimension of the moulds, material for moulds and plastic, better with drawings. We will study and quote to you within two working days upon your inquiry. When an official order is concluded, we will submit qualified plastic samples for your approval before delivery. The delivery can be made within 20 days after your official order.

We produce mould can produce all kinds of plastic products, as long as you can take out your ideas and design scheme, we can all reverse mould design for you. 4. Mould	According customers request to build the mould. Before make the mould, we send mould design to customer approval first, before move forward to production; we send samples to customer to confirm first.

5. Sample shoot	If the first sample come out is not satisfied customer, we modify the mould and until meet customers satisfactory.

6.Products in store	If your quantity is beyond our storage, we will provide lead time to you.

7. Delivery time	Delivery goods by sea or by air, according customers requirement.
