Inquiry and order handling
If you are interested in injection moulds and plastic products, We will much appreciate that customer provides detailed dimension of the moulds, material for moulds and plastic, better with drawings. We will study and quote to you within two working days upon your inquiry. When an official order is concluded, we will submit qualified plastic samples for your approval before delivery. The delivery can be made within 20-50 days after your official order.

Plastic mould design concept
1. product and mould structure design in 2D and 3D program. If necessary R&D offers service offers service for innovative product design with support of mould flow program. |
2. Mould project sent for customer confirmation and print 2D tooling and machining artwork detail drawing with acceptable tolerance marked. |
3. Purchasing the material and mould standard components according to the list information in 2D tooling detail drawing. |
4. Steel material tooling and heat treatment according to the listed step on the 2D artwork detail drawing. |
5. Mould assembling and quality inspection according to 2D mould assembling detail drawing. |
6. Mould test and products are sent to customer for confirmed. |
7. Sample sent for customer inspection and get approval for shipment of mould. |
