Wheat flour mill process :

Cleaning part:

Beat: to remove dust sand small seed, bacterial count and insect seed.

Screening: to remove large and small impurities in the wheat seed.

Destoner: to remove stone in the wheat.

Magnetic separator: to remove metal material in the wheat

Dampening: to ensure the bran’s integrity during the milling processing

Wheat flour mill part:

Mill: to break the integrity by the roller moving

Sifter: to separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to

enssure flour quality.

Packing part:

The packing part can be manual one also can be auto one.

The process of Wheat flour milling (from wheat to milled into wheat flour) usually consist of the following:

1. wheat storage (silos, or warehouse) ---------- 2. cleaning system (sifter, destoner, separator, magnet, scourer, etc) ----------- 3. dampening (dampener, conditioning silos, etc) ---------- 4. milling system (roller mill, plansifter, purifier, impact detacher, etc.) ---------- 5. Flour pressure and blending system (if need) ---------- 6. flour packing and stacking.

F1 flour	F1 flour extraction rate 30-45%,percent of dust is less than 55%-0.7%
F2 flour	F2 flour per unit area yield second-class flour yield 70-75%, proportion of dust is less than 0.7%-0.80%.
Standard four	per unit area yield standard flour yield 75%, proportion of dust is less than 0.8%.
