 Is your hair 100% Human Hair?

 Yes! Our hair is 100% Remy human hair. Our extensions are silky soft, natural looking and each set is handmade by our factory to ensure highest quality.

What is Remy hair?

Remy human hair is the highest grade of real, human hair available on the market and is a preferred choice for hair extensions, hairpieces and wigs because it achieves the most natural look.

Will the micro-ring, or fusion hair extensions damage my own hair?

The actual extensions will not damage your own hair but you do need to be more cautious when brushing your hair. It is important not to pull to heavily on your hair extensions as this may cause your own hair to break. See the Services page for more information.

How long do hair extensions last?

Each person is different, depending on products used, care for the hair, brushing, using blow dryers and hot irons, swimming, rolling around in your sleep or how often washed ... Due to all these factors I can't give an exact number of months but usually they last between 1 and 4 months. See the Aftercare page for more information.

Please Note: Lighter Shade has a bleach content therefore will not last as long in life span as non bleached hair. The lighter shade will need extra care and less heat application to increase the lifespan.

How do I prepare my hair for hair extensions?

To prepare your hair to have extensions installed you should freshly wash your hair with a good clarifying shampoo and only apply conditioner to the ends of your hair if you absolutely need it. Freshly cleaned and dried hair will ensure a strong bond.

How long does the application of hair extensions take?

Normally it takes about 3 hours. It takes 5 hours for removal and application of the new hair.

How often can I wash my hair extensions?

Your extension hair should only be washed 2 or 3 times per week. Do not rub or massage the hair when washing; this can cause tangling. Products for dry hair are the best. Spray ‘leave in’ conditioners and Moroccan Oil treatments are wonderful for the hair after every wash.

Can I style the Hair as usual?

You can style your human hair extensions as usual using your blow dryer, flat iron or curling iron. Having hair extensions increases your styling versatility. Use heat in moderation. Do not use high temperatures.

What If my extensions fall out?

It is normal to lose some hair extensions. Some of the things like not washing hair with clarifying shampoo before the application, leaving your hair wet, putting conditioner or oily products on the keratin, having greasy hair or applying too much heat on the keratin will make you lose extensions.

It is recommended that you replace any lost or damaged strands every 6-8 weeks.

What if I am unhappy with the results or if strands are falling out prematurely?

We work very hard to make sure you recieve the highest quality products and services! If for any reason you are not satisfied, every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction including replacing a couple of strands if they fall out in within 10 days.*

* - This assumes that you have followed the care instructions properly. i.e. you did not damage them yourself through improper use.

What if I am still not happy? Can I get my money back?

Because of the nature of this product (human hair), we are unable to re-use it and as such, no refund can be issued.
