Process:
(1) Pretreatment
Waste oil into the tank, which leads to 90 ~ 95 °C hot water degumming Dephosphorization,Deodorant, bleaching get the standard feedstock.
Pretreatment process, resulting phospholipid, free acid and plant waxes as soapstock byproduct can be sold.
(2) Esterification
Mainly plants and animals acid react with methanol to generate methyl ester and water;
From fatty acids to Biodiesel:
RCOOH + CH3OH = RCOOCH3 + H2O
From triglycerides to Biodiesel:
C3H5(RCOO)3 + 3CH3OH = RCOOCH3 + C3H5(OH)3
(3) Diesel distillation
Distillation System is made by Decompression molecules distillation column one, two and three.
(4)Purified glycerol
Crude glycerin and generate water enters the separator tank to separate, and then after drying to obtain glycerine.
