LV-98 Water Based Paint for Handicraft and Toy

Properties and Uses:

Liquid Paint is the special environmentally-friendly water based paint for handicraft and toy.

It is non-toxic tasteless, flammable, non-formaldehyde and benzene organic compounds.

The total VOC level accord with the 30th rule of the foods and goods laws of Germany ,and the level of the soluble hazardous heavy metal is up to all the standards.

They are the ASTM F963-96a American toy standard, the R.S.C.H-3 1996 Canadian hazardous substance regulation, the EN-7 1994 European toy safety standard, and the ASTM 1647 1995 children’s toy safety standard .

The product is an ideal environmentally-friendly coating .The film is smooth, rapid drying, good interlayer adhesion and has nice gloss retention and color retention.

The paint is widely used to brush handicraft and toy that are made of the wood ,the paper, the rattan and the pottery clay.

Construction Method:

The glass’ surface must be clean, oil-free and no wax. Stir well before use should be fully.

If necessary, dilute with water to a suitable viscosity .

This product could be applied by brush or spray.

Pre-construction:

The construction site should be clean and free from dirt, oil and organic solvents are prohibited, otherwise it will affect the coating effect. 

 Spray painting is not required to be away from the construction sites of sample in order to avoid dye sticky mist.

Construction Process:

1. Give the surface a good rub to get them clean and smooth .Remove the greasy dirt.
2. Add 10% to 15% clean water to thin at the first painting time ; Let the paint well seep into the pore of the painted object in order to strengthen the adhesion. After drying (about 2 to 4 hours according to the temperature and the humidity),use 600^#sand paper to rub smoothly.
3. If the surface to be painted without pore formation can be second coating .Otherwise, you could fill putty by brushing and drawdown(putty was mixed by specific tone paint and tale ).Brush the putty one to three times according to the rough of coated surface ,use 600^#sand paper to rub after drying ,then paint the top coat.

General crafts and toys to complete the above procedure will be ok .

If the product’s grade and the demands of the surface are high ,you can paint repeatedly.

Attention:

1. Avoid application under the condition of RT≤10°C and RH ≥ 80%.
2. Do not mix with the lacquer thinner or other paints.
