1. When can I get the quotation ?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After you confirm the sample, we can send sample to you free of charge, but you need to pay the shipping cost, and we will send sample to you by Express.

3. What kind of files do you accept for printing?
PDF, Core Draw, high resolution JPG

4. Can you do the design for us?
Yes. You can tell us your thought of printing, and we have professional designer to design for you, we will send design to you for confirmation.

5. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge, we can send out the sample within 3 days.. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

6. What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity that you place the order. Our common delivery time is 15 days.

7. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF,CNF etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient for you.
