Water Based Interior latex Paint

Features and Uses:

Water based interior latex paint uses water as solvent, is prepared from the acrylic copolymer emulsion, pigment, filler and aids. It is nontoxic and odorless, doesn’t contain benzene kind organic solvent, formaldehyde and hazardous heavy metal ion and does not pollute the environment.

It accords totally with the newest national standard GB 18582-2001.

The film has rapid drying, strong hiding power, good leveling and has water and alkali resistance.

It is used for various building interior.

Method of application:

This product could be applied by brush, spray or roller .Stir well before use .

Add 10-20% clean water to thin it to be a suitable viscosity during the application period.

It isn’t allowed to apply below 10°C.Usually, it is used to paint 2-4 times, and the interval time is 2-4h each time.

Surface treatment:

1. The wall that is covered by the cement plaster should be cared above 10 days. So that the percentage of

water will below 10% and the PH value will below 10.

2. Use something materials like the water based putty to fill up some parts of the wall where is broken.

3. Clean some loose parts of the wall. Use the iron brush to clean the parts, which do not combine firmly

with the wall.

4. Clean the fungus on the wall. Use the bleaching powder to clean it, and then wash it by clean water.

5. Clean the oil stain. Use the suitable detergent to clean it. If necessary, you can use little solvent to clean

the dirt totally.

6. Rub off the wall. Use the rough sandpaper and then the fine sandpaper to rub the wall is smooth enough.
