Low-pressure vortex gas burner is a kind of flame burner with extensive application.

It has simple structure, low gas pressure requirements. It is also equipped with air-channel guide vanes so that the air can produce tangential component velocity. Then the air meets the gas when rotating forward. In that case, the process of mixing air and gas can be strengthened and come out a shorter flame.

Pellet shaft furnace, steel rolling heating furnace, heat treatment furnace, melting furnace, drying kiln, tunnel kiln in the short, medium and long-flame industrial furnaces
