Carousel Introduce

Carousel also called merry go round, there is kids carousel, 3 & 6 seats also 16 & 24 seats; single deck and double deck; underdrive system & upper tranmission.

For upper tranmission carousel, the motor is on top, the motor drive turbine volute, pinion drive the middle slewing bearing, power is sent to each connecting lever of the horse, then the carousel go up & down & rotating. The mechanical part is complicated, but less maintenance, also start smoothly, the platform is low.

For underdrive system merry go round, the motor drive the big plate, push it goes forward, during the wheel rotating, it can drive bent axle rotating, so it can go up & down. The tyre easy to get damage. But it is popular become it is much more economic, need to add a inverter in the cabinet to make it start smoothly, especially 24 seats, also the platform is high, need step, so the passengers can easily get on the carousel.
