ETA notice: ETA(ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL) notice will be provided after delivery.

Q1: Can I have my own design and logo on the products?

A1: Yes,of course.We factory offers OEM & ODM service and can customized to your specific requirements. There are two ways for the cooperation.

If you provide your logo and design, products will be produced according to your design and with your logo.(OEM)

Under this situation that you can not provide your own design,don't worry,technique support will be offered as well,your ideas for products development still will be come to real.(ODM)

A2: For all products, 12 months guarantee/warranty is provided. If any defective is confirmed to be caused by us, substitution or repair parts will be sent.

Q5:  How about the delivery time? 

A5:  2-5days for stock, 5-20 days for new order depend on order quantity since receipt of 30% T/T deposit payment.

The process is as follows: (we Accept T/T,Western Union,Paypal etc)

1. Tell us the Items model and quantity you order. we make a PI for you. Then You pay the down payment 30% of the total amount to our company account .(Please notice bank charge is paid by your side)

2.After we receive the down payment, we will produce the goods for you.

3.Once we finish the products , we will send you the photos to check and confirm.

4.If everything is ok, you pay the 70% balance amount.

5.After we receive the balance amount, we will arrange shipping for you.
