Plunger type Rubber Filtering Machine is used to remove the impurity mixed inside rubber or 

reclaimed rubber by use of plunger pushing&extrusion and conveying. The machine mainly 

compose of plunger(ram),barrel,head and conveying device. The filter head is installed with

pore plate and filtering net.The pore plate is used for supporting and holding the filtering net,

also as the discharge port.It can be used to filter nitrile rubber,butyl rubber, fluorine rubber,silicone

rubber,and other other rubber mixture. Filtration precision can be up to 200 mesh. Compared to

screw type filtering machine,there is no temperature rise and no rubber burn during straining process.
