[Introduction]
UVT-K50 antibacterial mold proof UV-curing coating is special for all kinds of PET, PP, PE, ABS, PS etc. substrate surface.
It has the same other routine UV coating surface characteristics, such as the coating
hardness, wear resistance, smooth and beautiful surface. It also has the very good antibacterial and anti-mold action at the same time. The killing rate of escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli is 99. 9%.
To aspergillus, yellow aspergillus species, all kinds of fungi, the killing rate would be 99.9%
[Features]
1. Colorless transparent, one-component, easy to use and strong adhesion.
2. Rapidly solidified in low UV radiation light conditions, suitable for automatic high-speed printing.
3. High hardness, luster.
4. Do not contain the heavy metal classes, vinyl pyrrole (referred to NVP) and other harmful substances, full-color all accord with EN71-3 (European toy safety standards)

[Application]
* Applied in all kinds of PC, PMMA, PET, TAC various plates and film surface to achieve hardening and anti-bacterial effect.
* UV-curing, long term fight corrupt, film material.
* Lacking surface hardness make the use of plastic material plate have big restricts, the product provide high hardness and excellent seal antimicrobial mold proof effect.
* Low shrinkage of the processed film. Fit the fight corrupt and anti scrape requirements. Applicable to Touch panel, LCD TV, TFT LCD panel, electronic board classy, easy Touch products.
[Usage]
1. Must shaking evenly before using the coating, to avoid mixing air when stirring fast .
2. Dry and curing conditions: the company’s curing equipment, or coating conditions.
3. Suggest product conditions: coat on the PET corona surface,
First, drying through oven, the oven temperature: 70 °C/80 °C/70 °C
Then UV-Curing, radiation intensity: 200 ~ 250 Nj (light intensity: 100 mj/cm2)
4. Suggestions solvent ratio:
UV-K50 / MEK/TOL: 10/6/4,
coating thickness glue dry: 2 um
5. UV-K50 coated in the PET corona surface,
First, drying oven, the oven temperature: 70°C/80°C/70°C,
Then, UV curing, radiation intensity: 200 ~ 250 Nj (light intensity: 100 mj/cm2)
Speed at 20 m/min (product calculate light of 300 mj/cm2)
