JK-F-1 is a compound agent by our independent research and development. It has a rapid and strong sterilization effect for the bacteria and fungi growth and breeding. It can be applicable for all kinds of textile fabrics with washing resistance more than 50 times and reach a standard of antibacterial above 99.9%.

Product features

It can reach a remarkable antibacterial effect under any environment.

It has an outstanding bacterial killing effect against gram-negative bacterial, gram-positive bacteria, fungus and mould.

Excellent washing resistance performance: excellent washing fastness and dry cleaning resistant

Nice Intermiscibility: available for mix-use with other finishing agent, and will not affect the fabrics whiteness, intensity or the air permeability.

It has a very slight affect on fabric feeling.

 

Using method

It is widely applicable for various fabrics by exhausting method, immersion method and spraying method. The dosage should adjust according to fabrics version, composition and application. It is suggested to make a trail test before mix-use with other product.

Exhausting method:

To dissolve and dilute to 1.5-2% by water: mix with water then stir rapidly to make as working liquid

Make sure the fabric is clean before antibacterial and deodorization treatment.

Process: Fabric →Bleaching and dyeing, printing →Baking→ Exhausting with antimicrobial →Stentering

Immersion method:

Process: Fabric → Antimicrobial, dyeing and softening →Drying → Baking

 

Precaution

To keep a nice penetrability, the yarn on cones should not be too tense, and the liquid looping should be performed at clockwise or on the contrary.
