The cotton fabric which processed by this product can prevent wrinkle arising effectively,do not influence the fabric's handle and appearance,improve the cotton fabric's physical properties.

Padding:Two soaking,two rolling (or one soaking,one rolling),liquid pickup is 70%-80%,drying and setting(80~100centidegree),keep the moisture content is 10~15%,baking(170~180centidegree:30~70 seconds or 150~160centidegree:3~5minutes).

2.Clothing permanent press finishing process:

Dipping:15~20 minutes.

Dehydration:liquid pickup is 70~80%.

Drying:keep the moisture content is 15~20% below 85 centidegree.

Setting and baking:150~165centidegree,3~5minutes.
