Working Process

1 Worker put the ready packing bed sheet on the automatic conveyor

2 The bed sheet wrapped by the film and cutted by the cutter

3 The wrapped bed sheet conveyored into the tunnel for light shrink.

4 Shrinked bed sheet tidied the cutter line by the roller at end of the tunnel. Make it look more beautiful

5 Tidied wrapped bed sheet cooler by the cooling machine

6 Finished wrapping bed sheet conveyed to the customers

Introduction:

1.The Max. packing dimension is within L700 X W300 X H500mm.(Can be customerized)

2.Packing method:Overall packing(950mm width PE film, 0.1mm thickness for testing)

3.Packing speed:15-25 pcs per minute

4.International 7035 textured powder

5.International spare parts(SIEMENS PLC, SCHNEIDER electric etc.)

6.Automatic conveyor not  pusher. It saves space and more easier to arrange the box

7.Roller at the end of the machine. It will make the packing more beautiful and no wrinkles.
