Features

1. Water overpressure cutting machine is a multipurpose, performance perfect cutting equipment. High energy jet flow without heat source, no thermal process during cutting. So it can cut all metal and nonmetal materials, especially materials which cannot be worked with thermal cutting ways.

Cutting speed reference form

 

 

 

The cutting speed of water knife is determined by basic condition of equipment, including following two aspects.

 

1. Working pressure of equipment 2. Quality and quantity of sand.

 

Working pressure is max. 380Mpa, diameter of sandpipe is 0.76-1.2mm, number of sand is 80 mesh, flow is 700-750.g/min, then cutting speed is as follow.
