FAQ

1.Why my printer can not feed your glossy inkjet photo paper ?

There are 2 main reasons:
a.The printer is too old to use,or there are many dusts and paper scraps in the pickup roller.
If yes,please clean it with alcohol.
b.The coating problem. To find out the answer,we should know that are all the paper can not be fed into
the printer or only several sheets in one pack?

2. Is it waterproof ( glossy inkjet photo paper)?
"Water-proof" means that the paper drys immediately after printing,and when you put a few drops of water on the paper and wipe them, it won't affect the picture. The paper can not be soak in the water. But except RC photo paper,the real RC paper could soak in the water for a few hours.

3. Do you provide free glossy photo paper samples? Who pays for the shipping cost?
Yes,We provide free glossy photo paper samples. But the shipping cost will be paid by your side.

4. The sheets is not enough in one pack?

We are sorry to this problem. Because all our papers are picked by manual labors, it's hard to avoid that our workers are tired and sleepy sometimes,that causes the error.We are sorry for this again,and we'll improve our workers' consciousness and try our best to avoid this happen again in our future cooperation.
