7. Test attention points

1). When make chemical composition analyses, take samples from casting; when make chemical composition arbitration analyses, take samples by cutting at any part of aluminum foil coil, sampling method according to GB/T17432

2). Aspect and tolerance must be checked one coil by one coil, the inspected coil must open 1~3mm to have checking.

3). Mechanical property sampling: Each coil cut 3 vertical pieces samples, and each lot take 2% coil randomly from heat treating material inside oven (but no less than 2 coils), sampling way according to CB/T16865 regulation

4). Cupping test sampling: get samples together with the mechanical property test.
