Description

Since duplex ABC cable have such good characteristics as simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, low cost for the line, large transmission capacity and are also suitable for laying across rivers and valleys where special geographical teatures exist..

Application

Primarily used for 120 volt overhead service applications such as street lighting,outdoor lighting,and temporary service for construction. To be used at voltage of 600 volts phase-to-phase or less and at conductor temperatures not to exceed 75°C for polyethylene insulated conductors or 90°C for crosslinked polyethylene(XLPE) insulated conductors.

(1).Application

Duplex ABC Cable Primarily used for 120 volt overhead service applications such as street lighting,outdoor lighting,and temporary service for construction.To be used at voltages of 600 volts phase-to-phase or less and at conductor temperatures not to exceed 75oC for polyethylene insulated conductors or 90oC for crosslinked polyethylene(XLP)insulated conductors.

Code words for XLP insulated products are formed by adding/XLPto the conventional code words above(e.g.-Chihuahua/XLP)

+Conductor temperature of 90oC for XLP,75Oc for Poly;ambient temperature of 40oC;emissivity 0.9;2ft./sec. Wind in sun.
