Features

The production lines professional automatic equipment for marking,punching and shearing of angle steel of electric power and telecommunication angle steel tower. Processing size: angle steel type L63x63x4~L200x200x20,length within 14M. It includes 6 units:material—loading unit, feeding unit, main body, finished products conveyor unit, hydraulic power unit,and electric control unit..

Advantages

1. There are three sets of punching die-station on each side which can install three kinds of punches with different diameters.Three sets of punching die-station can move altogether controlled by CNC to change the punching stadia .

2. Dual-blade shearing ensures perfect cutting section.The shear clearance can be conveniently adjusted .

3. Marking unit adopts closed frame with good rigidity ,Four sets of harcter boxes are fixed on the marking unit which can be slected by program.Marking stadia can be set at will in a limited range .

4. The workpiece is infeeded by the CNC carriage with high positioning precision .The infeed carriage is driven by servo motor .The photoelectric encoder feed back the information .Closed loop control .The clamp arm is up and down with high rigidity.It is driven by ballscrew and guided by linear guideway .

5.The support device of the punching unit is driven up and down by hydraulic cylinder.The rotating loading system is driven by the reducer and the structure is stable .

6. The Hydraulic system mainly complete punching ,shearing ,makring marking deivice movement ,pressing workpiece,supporting workpiece and transposition of character boxes.The hydraulic pipeline is ferrule connection.

7. Control system consists of upper computer,CNC system,servo motor abd outside detection switch,etc. Processing program can be generated automatically as long as operation inputs the dimensions of workpiece.It can also accept certain processing program which is made from special software .The upper computer can display the graph of workpiece,save large amount of information ,display positioning data,make alarm of malfunction.etc.
