Stile&rail: 1 piece or 2 pieces of solid wood laminated

Panel: solid wood

 

B) if what you need is engineering composite wood door, structure is like below

Stile&rail: finger-joint wood + MDF + solid veneer

Panel: MDF + wood veneer

 

C) if what you need is flush wood door, structure is like below

 

D) if what you need is molded wood door, structure is like below

 

 

E) the structure can be same as your requirement.

 

3) Door Frame (if needed): can be solid structure or composite structure
