 for use

After a meal 30minutes, put 1 or 2 tea bags into the cup. 

Steep the bag in about 200ml boiling water for 510 minutes, 

then drink it while it's hot.  

Do not drink other liquids within an hour. 

Stay away from cold or raw foods.

As desired, you can drink this up to 3 times a day. 

Quantity and frequency of the intake depends on the individual.
