Q: How to order the inflatables?

A:1.We first confirm with you about design, size, material and all the details for the inflatables

2. You will be get the PI (Proforma Invopice)after confirmed the inflatables.

3.If PI is ok, we will start produce after received your 30% deposit payment

4.After finished, you will be received the finished inflatables pictures. If ok, you pay the balance with shipping cost

5.After get your full payment, Inflatables will be delivery to you by sea or by air

Q: Can you print my logo on the inflatables?

A: Yes! CDR,AI file is appreciate provide

Q: Can you make my own design?

A: Yes, Customized is available, just send us the pictures or design you like.

Q: What kind of payment do you accept?

A: T/T ,West Union,Moneygram. or other paymnt term.

Q: What included in products?

A: It is included inflatable games, blower,repair kits(including the same color material, glue)..

Q: What are the differences between sewn inflatable items and sealed items?

A: Inflatable sewn items need constant blowing. The Sealed items is processed by heat welding technology

and only need one time blow up. Usually sewn items are lower costs than Sealed items.

Q: How long will it take to produce?

A: 1 PCS about 7 days. if quantity is large , usually need 2-3 weeks

Q:How long I can get the inflatables.

A: By express and air will take about 7 days, while by sea will takes about 25~35 days.
