Soot blowing principle of WSB-X type sonic soot blower
Make sound pressure on the soot formation surface (about 200 times) according to alternating positive spinning (about 200 times per second) to enable it to receive the repeated pulling (negative pressure), pressing (positive pressure) about 200 times; the sound pressure level of the sound wave being able to foul off dust shall be greater than 140dB, with the optimal frequency of about 200Hz. The best way to product high power sonic wave is the air-sound conversion. That is, modulate the compressed air into high-power sonic wave via the sound generator (a kind of pressure wave propagating via the form of dilatational wave in the gas, the space media), and then send into the furnace or a certain space requiring dust removal. When the dust on the heating surface is under the action of repeated pulling or pressure via the dilatational wave with a certain alternating frequency, the dust will fall to the hopper to be discharges due to fatigue falling, brought away by smoke or under gravity.
System Configuration of WSB-X type sonic soot blower
1. Compressed air: the power of soot blower system is compressed air (0.5MPa-1.0MPa). The soot blower works intermittently, with the actual running time is less than 10s, but the compressed air has large flux within a few seconds’ working time. In order not to affect the stability of the production gas, an air tank (with the volume of 2m3) can be installed next to the boiler. And the tank air will be used in the operation of dust blower. If the pressure is stable and does not affect the production gas, there is no need to install the gas tank.
2. Solenoid valve (ND65): automatic control of a soot blower boot or stop.
3. Sonic generator: modulate the compressed air into sonic wave.
4. Horn: the longitudinal direction in the horn month can be mode into various shapes according to the need of installation site; if the horn month can be made into square or other irregular shapes; the longitudinal direction can be made into various modifications.
5. The electrical control box: automatically or manually control a number of sonic soot blower of a boiler.
6. Gas piping (DN65): gas supply from the source to each sonic generator.
7. Cable (2.5mm2): for the purpose of power supply from the electrical control box to each sonic generator.

1.Large sound power
WSB-X type soot blower uses precision rotary valve sonic wave generation technology and sound impedance matching wave amplified transmission technology, with the transmitting sound power up to 6KW, sound pressure level greater than 150dB, and effective radius of up to 10m. WSB-X type sonic soot blower sound power is much greater than other company’s products, so its number of installation is fewer than other products, which can save a lot of money for the owners.
2. Long life and maintenance-free
It has no special requirements for soot blowing medium, without the need of purification and dehydration. The compressed air has a wide range of application, which is 0.5-1.0MPa. During the time, only 3 belts were replaced, which truly achieved long-life and maintenance-free.
3. No dead angle in soot blowing
In addition to the direct fouling blowing via direct radiation, the sound wave featured by diffraction, refraction, overlay and other characteristics. It can continue to spread by bypassing obstacles, and form a number of reflections and refractions, resulting in fouling fatigue, loose and falling off, thereby ensuring the full range and thoroughness of dust removal.
4. Low operation cost
Low operation cost. The soot blower impetus is compressed air, with extraordinarily low energy consumption, Each soot blowing gas consumption is about 2-3N m3/min. Assume one soot blowing per hour, the gas consumption of 24h is 72N m3 (standard atmosphere). According to the old piston’s displacement compressor output of 10m3/min, the power consumption is 72/10/60 *75, about 9 kwh; the soot blower electric power is 1kw, the actual power consumption of one day is 10s/3600s * 1kw * 24h, about 0.1 kwh. Therefore, the power consumption of one soot blower per day is about 10kwh.
5. Automatic intermittent operation
Automatic intermittent operation mode, without human intervention; each actual operation means the soot blowing time is less than 10s. Intermittent stop means the standby time depends on the boil foiling situation, which can be easily adjusted. Each actual soot blowing only need to start a soot blower; low temperature superheating part uses a number of soot blowers, so it is designed as blowing in term.
6. Free repair and maintenance
The soot blower is in long life and maintenance-free design. It has no stretching and rotating parts, so there is no jam phenomenon. Once the fault occurs, the indictor will display. At this time, you just need to replace the plug to resume normal operation. No maintenance is required in daily operation.
7. Each layer has separate and adjustable parameters
