The Altus 20lb Adjustable Weighted Vest is a great tool to add weighted resistance to any workout. The vest fits securely with Velcro wrap closures and features padding at the shoulders for added comfort. Small weights fit inside the vest within neoprene pockets and they can be adjusted to hold from 2lbs to 20lbs of weight.
