III. Warranty Voidance:

Pls kindly note that 1 year warranty is not unconditional. The problems caused by below condition is not under the warranty service, but not limited to:

Any artificial assemble, install, modification, wrong operation which is not permitted by HIEN.

Any damages unrelated to manufacturing defects, such as: Accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, fire, water, etc., or failure to follow instructions released by HIEN;

Product damage during transportation;
