MAQ, a new company, with a lot of experience in the sun protection business, is developing together with our company a new zipscreen for the international market. The design and product-development is being done in Europe, whereas the production will be done in China. This unique selling point will guarantee you a high quality product in relation with favorable prices.

Why a screen

• International research shows that external blinds are the unknown weapon to save energy. If in the design fase of a new building external blinds are included, this can directly prevent the use of energy. When using automatically controlled blinds during the summer, this can save for offices average 19 percent energy, savings for homes are on average 7.5 percent.

• Screens also contribute to the visual comfort in a room where the light and light diffusion can be regulated.

• With screens on the windows, you can stop a large part of the solar radiation. In this way, there is less radiation inside the rooms and it becomes less warm .

• Blinds affect the appearance that a building and / or space has.The blinds affect the light that may fall inside. The colors of fabric affect the color of the light entering.

The problem so far always has been that the existing screens only very limited can be used because of the wind. So it is not possible to make fully use of the advantages of the blinds.

MAQ is currently developing a new product that benefits all the advantages of blinds as well it is truly windproof! The vertical sun protection screen fabric can be used to wind speeds of 80 km/h.
