1.Characteristics of HDPE material:

HDPE is a kind of apolar thermoplastic resin, which is good in impact resistance, with 

good low temperature resistance  (up to 50),extremely excellent electric performance and 

chemical stability, resistant to acid ,alkali, salt aqueous solvent at room temperature, but 

not resistant to strong oxidants. Heat-deformation temperature is 60-83.Non-toxic,feel

like wax, low water absorption, electric insulation. The resin density is 0.954g/cm3.

• Length: no limit 

• Heating size change rate under 80°C: 52%  (standard ≤60% ).

• Tensile Strength in lengthways: 8.08 Mpa (Standard ≥7.0Mpa).
