Vacuum Forming

1. Description

Vacuum forming is a simplified version of thermoforming, whereby a sheet of plastic is heated to a forming temperature, stretched onto or into a single-surface mold, and held against the mold by applying a vacuum between the mold surface and the sheet. The vacuum forming process can be used to make most product packaging and speaker casings. It is also used to fabricate car dashboards. The first commercial manufacturer of vacuum-formed plastics was Robinson Industries of Coleman, Michigan.

Thick sheet, Thin sheet & Twin sheet vacuum forming

Thick sheet vacuum forming: max size of forming 4000*2000*800mm, max thickness 12mm;
Thin sheet vacuum forming: max size of forming 1500*850*250mm, suitable for PS, PVC, PETG, PP thin sheet/roll.
Twin sheet vacuum forming: this is an improved way to manufacture hollow parts, which looks similar to a blow mould products but more cost saving.

CNC Processing

Right now we established the 5 Axis CNC department and owned 3 sets 5 Axis CNC machines, and dedicated to process polyhedron, complexity, toolings, high challenge and high precision products.

Prototype department

Prototype department was set up 8 years ago, specializing in all kind of different display products, plastic shell if medical cover, machines' devices etc., complicated shape prototype manufacturing, prototype department include silk screen, spray paiting, heat bending etc.
