1, USE & CARE (FIRST TIME BEFORE USE)
Remove labels, washing cookware in warm soapy water wiping with a dishcloth, rinse & dry.
Then condition interior by wiping lightly with cooking oil before first use.
2, HOW TO USE?
Use low to medium heat, if cooking with gas, the flame should not extend up the sides of the cookware.
Ensure handle never left over the heat source and only use wood or nylon utensils for non-stick cookware.
Do not place in microwave or oven unattended.Periodically check and tighten loose screws on handles after long time use.
3, CLEANING
After use, let the cookware cool, do not immerse in cool water to remove burned and dried foods.
Soak in warm soap water before washing.
4, COOKING AND SERVING UTENSILS
Avoid using sharp edged utensils on non-stick coating.
Do no cut in the pan. Do not gouge surface.
Extremely shapr utensils such as knives may scratch non-stick surface.
Never use rotary beaters in the pan.
5, GLASS LID CARE & USE
Do not handle a hot lid with a wet cloth or place on a wet or extremely cold surface.
Do not use hard sharp knives or utensils that can scratch and weaken the glass.
Avoid sudden temperature changes.Do not immerse hot glass in very cold water.
Clean burned on foods by soaking in hot water and dish detergent.
