              Chicken feed pellet mill has one ring die with two rollers inside, when it works, rollers stable ring die move ,then  makes 2-6 mm diameter animal feed pellets from soybean, maize, grain ect .such as 2-4mm diameter chick feeds and pig  feeds.1.5-3mm fish feeds,2-5mm rabbit feeds and so on. feed pellets length can be adjusted.

 

             Chicken feed pellet mill has forced material-entrance and overload protection device ,which makes machine more  safe to work. 

 

              It is also has the modulator, to make materials fully cured ,and make the pellet smooth,hardness much more proper. The formation rate reaches to 98% and the equipment wear rate has been reduced to the minimum.

 

 

               Chicken feed pellet mill adopts speed-adjusting feeding,can control the feeding capacity to mach different  materials  and meet the production requirement of pellets with different diameters.
