Claims: 

Claims concerning quality shall be made within 20 days and claims concerning quantity shall be made within 10 days after the arrival of the goods at the destination port.  Claims shall be supported by a report issued by a reputable surveyor approved by the sellers, claims in respect of matters within the responsibility of the insurance company or of the shipping company will not be considered or entertained by the sellers.
