Q1: May i get a sample and how can i pay for sample delivery fee?
A:Yes, we may offer you 3-4 pcs of free samples to you, and you may arrange the delivery fee

by paypal for us, or it would be much better if you have your own courier for collecting samples.

Q2: Can we have our Logo or company name be printed on your bottles?
A: Sure.Your Logo can be printed on the bottles by hot stamping and silk-screen printing. Besides, 

we can also make color bottles and frosting bottles.
 
Q3: How can I place an order?
A:  If you are ready to start cooperation with us, pls tell us your requests in details, 

and we will make a Proforma Invoice for your approvel. After everything comfirmed, 

we will arrange production after receiving your 30% deposit.

Q4:Which kind of payment do you accept?

A: Our payment terms are  T/T, L/C at sight, Paypal etc, if you require other payment terms, pls talk with our sales person first before you place an order.Thank you!

Q5: How do you ship the goods, can you help me with the broker?

A: No problem, usually we ship goods by sea, if you have special requirement of shipping, pls let us know first, we can help you with inquiring the shippping fee for your order, if you do not have any broker, we may recommend ours to you.
 
Q6: Do I get an after-sale service?
A:  Of course, we can offer complete after-sale service for you, first we will update with you about arriving date oftenly.Secondly,we can make Clearance Invoice and Packing list according to your request. Most importantly,If there is any claim after you receive the products, claims will be dealed with in  one week after you send the picture and other relation proofs for the order, if it is proved to caused by our mistake in the end, we can make up for your loss in business once we reach an agreement.
