Equipment is simple, economical, suitable for medium or large volume hollow container and steel vessel, reactor, piping, simple shape products. Flame swing machine is simply designed, the main heat source is the gas flame, the flame itself will contact the mold, the molding process is basically same with the other heating methods. When material is completerly melt at the inside of the mold, turen off the flame and initiate the cooling fan to coll down the mold rolling around or let product remain in the mold and cool down in the environment. After cooling sufficiently, then stopped and remove the product from the mold, and then repeat the entire process. In this way, there are difficulties in molding of complex shape products, because the flame rod can not reach deep place or angle, it has been unable to uniformly heat, the production efficiency is low.
