Model JXHW-E weight scale measures body weight and height.

THREE,Structure summary

This scale puts human body weight through lever system, transfer to measuring spring. Alters the spring extending to index reverse rotation through teeth belt,gear in the face .The knife and knife support used in lever system is high rigidity, good anti-wear perlormance, durable for using. Rubber pedal sticks to main board, it has the fuction of anti slide. Length scale consists of three different diameter round pipe, the mid pipe and inner pipe with length graduation are cladded on the outer pipe in turn, when using, they can stick at any position, the top of inner pipe has adjustable measuring board, pull up the measuring board, make it and pipe right angle ,the to use .

FOUR,Using and Maintenance

1. Bottom board checking:

The bottom board must be placidity; the standing pole has no obvious leaning.

1. Zero position adjustment:

When the scale is empty .the pointer should stick to“0”position standard line, if aberrancy, should use the bottom neck of dial adjustable bolt to adjust. After every adjustment, use the tiptoe to step main board. make the pointer exeeed“0”position standard line swiftly ,and rebound naturally, if pointer is superposition, then to use .

1. Motice items when measuring

 When measuring, man should stand on the center of main board.

When measuring length, pull up the measuring board, make round pipe as right angle ,pull out inner pipe, it is enough to measure the height between 70 and 126 cm ,the value can be read from the connecting place of mid pipe screw cap’s margin and inner graduation ,then pull out mid pipe, then can measure the height between 126-190 cm ,the value can be read from the connecting place of screw cap’s margin and mid pipe(for the details, see diagram)

1. Facility Maintenance

(1)              keep dry , clcan . Prohibit sunshine and rain.

(2)              Frequently check bottom board laying condition and pointer“0”line change condition ,make relevant regulation.

(3)              When moving the scale, dragging heavily and pulling heavily are prohibited; it should be handled crenty and loaded gently.

(4)              When measuring. Please specially caution to prevent impact and overload

(5)              When pulling height scale, it should stretch along pipe beeline, heavily use force is prohibited .

(6)              When meeting a fault, stop using. Check the scale by professionals, other personnel to disassembly the scale freely is prohibited.
