Unique features: it’s of reasonable structure to lift the molten metal; the first brake is integrated with the motor, safety brake is installed on the drum, which do not need electricity to control (pure mechanical & automatic control). The safety brake insures the melted metal’s safety, due to the following:

(1) It never works when the hoist works normally;

(2) It brakes instantly and automatically when the lifting goods drops suddenly, maybe, because the first brake of hoist is broken, or other spare parts broken (such as the coupling broken, gear box broken, bearing scatters, etc).

(3) Its rope guider is never broken.
