Available to sell only lid  (not available to sell only body or cap)

  

 

1. Divide Napa cabbage ( Chinese cabbage) into half or 4 pieces.

Dry in the sun about 3 days.

2. Rub salt into cabbage, then put them into the barrel.

3. Strew kombu (kelp) and red pepper.

4. Set the lid, put the stone weight.

5. After 1-2 days, the water rises, then reduce to half weight.

Good for eating about 5days.

(Depends on the condition, there is a bit difference. )
