l  Driving unit:

Synchronized transmission and drive by gear with one belt. The change of transmission belt will be finished quickly. Compared to the type of traditional multilayer whose change and maintain need more than six hours, its maintenance is easy and maintain is simple, so it doesn’t influence production.

l  Cutter head unit:

The new style cutting knife droved by servo motor, with high speed, more stable and precise, shrinks perfectively.Synchronous locating device enables the tolerable error to ±1mm.Unit cutter head plane design in China which applies to the container of D30mm—D130mm.You never need to change or debug it. Cutter head original transducer is inside the cutter head and when you take down cutter head, you do not need to correct the synchronous belt. It also has unique light touch human-machine screen, that means, auto search original location as well as safety and convenience which is ahead of other congener products.

l  Label feeding unit:

Single material shelf with reasonable height in order to make it convenient to install label. It adopts rotary potentiometer which enable the label feeding stable and fluent and avoid the error label length, label block and other problem when label feeding servo convey the label. It will stop automatically and give alarm light and also display on the touch screen.

l  Clean down unit:

Adopt with motor coordinating with double circular arc synchronous belt makes clean down plastic core-rubber-tires synchronously and ensures the label casting stably.

l  Bottle carrying system:

Adopted with mechanical transmission to drive the positioning belt on both sides. While changing the whole bottle carrying unit, the down and up, width are all controlled by one hand wheel aiming to synchronously and swiftly adjust.

l  Machine head up and down unit:

It adopts motor to up and down which enable the operation more convenient.

Operation Principle

1. The sleeve label is unwound evenly from the reel via feed roller and conveyed to the cutting unit via the sleeve supply unit. 

2. There, the sleeve is opened by pulling it over a mandrel, a servomoter-controlled cutter cuts the sleeves exactly to the set length.  

3. After that, the applicator fork pulls the sleeves over the container.

4. Depending on the container shape and the sleeve size, an optional positioning brush moves the sleeve to the desired position. As a result, each sleeve is in perfect position and cannot slip. 

5. Optional hot-air nozzles shrink and pre-position the sleeves. After that, the sleeves are shaped perfectly around the container contour in a steam or hot-air tunnel.

Steaming Tunnel

1. TSB-150 Steam Heating Shrink Tunnel can be applied to different and irragular bottle types, e.g. round, square and flat bottles.

2. It adopts seamless tube, the distribution of low-pressure steam drum and spouting method of steam are unified.

3. The steam nozzle is divided to three adjustable segments; the height, position and steam output of each segment can be adjusted respectively; this guarantees a perfect shrinking effect.

4. The whole machine is made of stainless steel with heat preservation, it not only saves energy, buy also match with the international safety standard.

5. The stainless steel defrosting tray collects condensed water. The whole machine adopts the waterproof design with the convenience of operation and maintenance
