Standard description of concrete batching plant

 

 

1.Drive system with motor(380V/50HZ(changing with user’s requirements and gearbox(designed by our own patent and with 3 years guarantee)

2. Mixer trough with maintaining doors, security switches, wear-resistant liners and tiles, water pipe, and water sprayer.

3. Mixing system with mixing arms, scraping arms, blades, and scrapers.

4. Discharging system with one discharging doors(changing with user’s requirements one,two or three),hydraulic pump and cylinder(changing with user’s requirement,  hydraulic or pneumatic), and limit switches.

5. The mixer paint: the color(changing with user’s requirement)
